my kitchen, part three...
Pies are made and cooling, well, okay, they are baked and cooling, the Mrs Smith's Pies people baked them. Sink is shined, counters sscrubbed, floors mopped, stove shiny. Now, can I keep it cleaned? If I am smart, I will clean as I go tomorrow.

Is the dishwasher okay? Do we need to send condolence cards? The dishwasher at the house in BP used to act up sometimes and leave standing water, I would just run it again (like you did). This also worked with the washing machine. Of course, they both finally broke down all together and needed replacing before we sold the house.

Dishwasher's fine. We will probably be getting a new one within the next six months or so, but it'll be the managements dime, not ours!
